Concord Hospital Walk-In Urgent Care Center

No doctor to be seen, NP only. I had a respiratory issue, was given nothing for the discomfort and pain, and come to find out although it’s an urgent care it’s a hospital that wasn’t in my network so it was almost a $500 trip insurance didn’t cover. If you aren’t aware, don’t go to urgent cares at hospitals without checking if the hospital is in your network. Expensive lesson learned. Won’t be back.

I had to bring my son in after a minor incident at school, where he hurt his finger. Bob, Diane, and Glenn were so wonderful with my five-year-old. I did not catch the name of the x-ray tech, but she went above and beyond, and showed my son the x-rays on the computer and explained why he had so many spaces between his bones. Even though he was not happy he had to leave with a splint, he definitely had a great experience, and it was even educationa.

Wait time is reasonable considering the patient load as people with the sniffles feel the need to bog down the already overwhelmed system.The inefficiency of the staffing however leaves room for huge improvement.They need to streamline the process and have one person ask the questions, not 3.Extremely inefficient.They don't utilize the staff they have correctly.
