Concord Eye Center: Ziwei Wu, OD

This reflects the unfortunate decline in the quality of services at Concord Eye Center. Despite customer feedback and reviews, it seems that these concerns are not addressed, likely due to the volume of business they continue to maintain. Communication is lacking, as no one reached out regarding my concerns. Additionally, despite requesting anonymity, my name was still publicly posted. It's disheartening to see a place I once trusted fall short in both service and customer care.

The optical shop is the worst. If you order glasses or contacts, good luck. They take forever, lie about having placed the order, and they continue to lie when they claim they called and left a message for you. It's awful and we will never go back.

I purchased my glasses last year with the glass scratch warranty, went in there today to get just my left lense changed because my prescription had changed and also to collect on the warranty of my right lense because it was scratched. I was told that they use a different lab so I would have to purchase two new lenses instead of the one and because they no longer used the lab my original lenses were made I could not collect on the warranty. So in other words last year I paid for a warranty I cannot use and they would not stand behind. The clerk did not even try to work with me, and seemed to be more interested in sipping her iced coffee than helping me out. Horrible service,... read full review
