I have been going to Concord Eye for almost 20 years and this last few months has been so frustrating. This is because they have zero options for people that Monday-Friday 8-5. Their own hours are M-F 8-5. There is only 1 person that I know of that works until 530 between 2 locations! This is super inconvenient. There should be at least one day at each location that stays open late to help people with their glasses. Very bad customer service in my opinion. Not everyone has the option to go during their own working hours!

I had an eye infection and cellulitis and needed to be seen as soon as possible. Dr Hall was kind enough to fit me into his schedule today and I started antibiotics within an hour! This practice is definitely busy but everyone I encountered today did a tremendous job. They were there to help me and it showed. From the initial call to receiving a call back to being assessed by Alexis.....it was all done with a smile, an introduction, courtesy and professionalism. A very pleasant experience. Thank you very much!

absolutely terrible service in the glasses department. first pair i ordered, when I called for their status, I was told still on order. I finally went there and picked them up and was told they had been there for 2 weeks. Looks like I am getting the same song and dance this time. it has been over s=6 weeks and told they are on order.
