I used Cobb hill for 2 other projects. This company has changed. Our 3rd project ‘s manager who retired in the middle of the project left 2 rooms off the quote that was $2000 more than our other bid. Because we had great experiences the first 2 projects we went with Cobb Hill.

Jerry wanted $19,000 more to finish the project.

The new project manager came out to take care of our punch list & never did. And now we have a beam shifting & Jerry made threats of suing me if I post this. So far no apologies & zero concern for integrity of their work.

Don't bother calling them if you have a smaller project. I left my name and number and was told someone would be in touch. I never got a call. Later, my neighbor told me not to bother, they never called them back either.

I would not waste my time with this company! If you're a contractor or looking to have work done by them. I would say buyer beware! You have many options out there and I would consider anyone else but them.
