I've only had good experiences at Claremont Animal Hospital. Over a few years, I've seen many different vets and vet techs (I believe you can request a specific doctor but I just go with whoever is available), and all of them have been kind and informative. The vets walk me through all options available, pros and cons of each, being realistic about the costs and outcomes. There's never any judgement on my choices, especially when it comes to financial based decisions. I went for the first time today for an emergency appointment for my dog with diabetes. The front desk, tech and doctor were all very helpful, patient and compassionate. I want to shout out Julie and Terra for going above and beyond! Thank you
My family just moved into the area from out-of-state and had to take our 2 1/2 year old excited pup in for his annual exam. I was nervous about bringing him to a new vet, but every step of the process - from registration to the exam - went very smoothly. The staff is very helpful and our dog loves his new doctor, Dr. Terra Martin. The facility is clean & comfortable. We were very pleased with our visit!
