Brian came into a complex remodel after a previous electrician had already started and was fired for poor conduct. The house was built int he 1800s (knob and tube), and had non-code updates that had been made throughout its history. Not only did Brian and his son Brad fix EVERYTHING (full kitchen and bath remodel with all new code requirements to fulfill), but they also did a bang up job getting through a messy ceiling scenario to hang and install lights, set up a radiant heat floor, and perhaps most importantly, STAYED WITHIN BUDGET for the entire thing.
