I love Dr Claire. She's great with the dogs. I don't love sitting for over an hour with an appointment. I get they are busy but my time also is valuable. I can't give them any better than 3 and even this is generous. Unless they want you to give me money off for the long waits I may need to look for another vet. I'm writing this currently as I now have water almost an hour in the exam room waiting for a follow up.

I've been going to Charlestown vet for a few years now with my cat and dog. Both of my friends have had exceptional care from the doctors, nurses and all the staff. Personally for myself, they answer all my questions and concerns. They work hard to do a great job for our community. It's hard to find a good Vet these days. Thank you Charlestown Vet for taking such good care of my loved ones!!
