“Called yesterday, and Kevin called me back. We were having an issue with the AC in our office building. We had a tech out in the morning from another company that told us the entire thing needed to be replaced! Kevin however didn't think that was the case, and walked myself and my maintenance man through how to test and see what was going on. We asked if he would like to come out, and he was honest and said, do this first so you don't have to pay me for a service call. We did what he instructed, and everything with the system was fine! Its a perfect 70° in the building now! If you want an honest guy, call Kevin. Thoroughly impressed and so happy that he took the time out if his day for 4 seperate phone calls to help us!
