They do not hold to their warranty and when you advise them of an issue they ghost you causing massive damage to your home. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!
I called about a roof repair, and the person who took my call took my information down and stated I would get a call back within half an hour. Several hours passed and I called again, and talked to a different person who apologized and said I would be getting a call shortly. It's now several days later and I haven't been contacted. I got someone more reliable to do my repair. I'm not sure how they run a business on ignoring customers, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
Had a new roof installed in January of this year. They were awesome and the price was great. Fast forward to about 3 months ago. I am having some issues with some shingles lifting and the drip edging lifting off the house. Every time I called I was told some was going to come and fix the issues. I sent pictures to them and everything. When no one showed I called again and was told that the person I was dealing with was no longer there and they would now fix the issues for me. It’s now 2 months later I call once a day leave a message and no one calls me back at all.Now when I call and I get the answering service and I’m told they would forward the message and no one... read full review
