“We had a problem with our refrigerator's water dispenser. It would not stop running and until we shut off the water it was flooding our kitchen. We called GE and they were useless but gave us a few local places to call for service. None of them could help us for weeks or wanted an obscene amount of money just to walk in. After some research we reached out 603 Appliance Service and we were absolutely thrilled with their professionalism. They came right out, diagnosed the problem, and gave us an extremely reasonable quote. When the part came in they came back and fixed the fridge.
