North Country Carpet Cleaning

I had an old Oriental Carpet with sentimental value that had been in storage for a couple of years. I was hoping it could be brought back to life with a good cleaning, but wasn't sure how to do this since I live downstate, and the carpet was in storage in the North Country. Scott, the owner, was really helpful. He arranged to pick up the rug, clean it, and worked with my schedule so I could come pick it up. Unfortunately the padding couldn't be saved. But the most important part- the carpet- he did a great job with the cleaning! The carpet looks wonderful in my new apartment. I'm so glad I had this rug professionally cleaned. I could not be more thankful. Our dog had gotten sick during the night and left a mess all over the carpet. I called in a panic and they got me on their schedule right away. My house is now clean and smell free! Not only did they provide an excellent service but their customer service was outstanding. Thank you again, I will definitely be using you again in the future.
