I was a walk-in client. Was going to an event that evening and decided I wanted somebody else to style my hair. Kirby and Samantha were very helpful and I liked how they "fancied" my hair.

I love this Supercuts location! All of the staff are extremely friendly and talented. However, the staff member I always go into see is Kirby! Kirby has cut, colored, and styled my hair on many occasions. She also waxes my eyebrows. She is amazing at what she does and I recommend her to all who are looking for a hair stylist!

Had the pleasure of receiving a haircut from Kirby yesterday (it was luck of the draw as I have only received a haircut there perhaps twice before, needing one on short notice). She was terrific - a better haircut than I've had in a long time, done as I asked for, and a pleasant person. My five stars is for her.If it wasn't for Kirby's great haircut, I would reduce the rating one or two starts for the following reasons - 1.) I've never been a fan of on the day only scheduling (this is not location specific, so not a ding specific to the Bedford location). 2.) the tagline of "An affordable hair salon..." is somewhat inaccurate - at $24.95, (as easier on the eyes wallet...read full review
