Amazing! I have been trying to find a local massage therapist for a little while. Received some recommendations and tried a couple, they weren't bad, but not what I was looking for. I wanted someone who works in this profession to help their clients and not just get a paycheck. I found that in Sheila. She makes you feel extremely comfortable, she listens to your needs, and then exceeds them. After my pregnancy I was having a hard time with my shoulders. Not only did she focus on those particular areas but worked on others areas that may be contributing or may be affected by my shoulder stiffness. Sheila is amazing, a real miracle worker! I had had massages before, or so I thought, but they were little more than superficial sessions that gave me some relaxation but had little lasting effect. If you want to experience real and lasting healing and release, then come to see Sheila. I first came to see her last year on the recommendation of a friend after I had injured myself working out. I had hurt my knee and leg. After several sessions of deep tissue and trigger point massage, the knee and leg improved markedly.
