These guys are wonderful. My dermatologist in Scarborough Dr Holly is always absolutely wonderful (no matter where I am in the world!). I needed some help getting some steroid cream to a pharmacy in Hawaii and they were happy to work it all out for me so my eczema was amazingly under control on vacation. I had a minor mistake in billing and Jaimi L. in finance was amazing, prompt, super professional, and quick to clear up the error. <3 I'm so happy with this company and highly recommend Optima for dermatology needs!
This office is A+ I would not go anywhere else . I went for one specific thing, and Dr. Cowdrey checked my skin thoroughly, she also gave me great advice for my skin and hair . I am recommending this practice to everyone that I know. They have a great professional staff .

I’ve been seeing Dr. Jennifer Stead for a few years now. I can’t rave enough about her and her team! Dr. Stead is compassionate, upbeat, incredibly knowledgeable, takes time to explain and answer any and all questions, and truly listens to my concerns. I’ve never left an appointment feeling unheard. This is the best my skin has looked in years. It’s certainly a marathon, not a sprint, and I’m so glad I have Dr. Stead on my side to help me with what was once my biggest insecurity.
