Kelsea listened to all of my questions and fully answered each one with kindness, knowledge, and experience. She gave me samples of the skincare line to try before I buy, which was extremely helpful and important to make as I have a sudden onset of (rare hives) and cannot just put any old thing on my skin. When it comes time to get needles in your face they both put me at ease and delivered the results I was looking for. I also love that they have semi-regular deals on toxins- they are definitely worth checking out and will save you a lot of money. They carry great products and will make recommendations, but they don't oversell you on anything you're not interested in, and/or don't need. The staff at the front desk are welcoming, friendly and courteous, and great for bouncing ideas off of and are happy to share their experiences with different products/procedures.
