They carry great products and will make recommendations, but they don't oversell you on anything you're not interested in, and/or don't need. The staff at the front desk are welcoming, friendly and courteous, and great for bouncing ideas off of and are happy to share their experiences with different products/procedures. She's so kind, her equipment works VERY well, and she's so knowledgeable. She explains to process upfront and what to expect and she has answered every question I've had with such confidence.
