We Just moved into one of their apartments there have been some issues ( Thanks to another horrible tenant) but Sara has been amazing in helping us sort issues out, and get things fixed, and deal with baloney caused by other problematic people she has been a blessing from the Gods currently
Keyrenters manages the multi unit apartment building I live in. From the moment, Keyrenter took over management of this property, we experienced a tremendous upgrade in-service.A few notable mentions would be the updated keys for a more secure building, Common area cleanings, lawn maintenance, And latch locks on our exterior garages.Many of the areas that caused stress and/or a less desirable homestead were resolved within weeks on their onboarding.The largest update for me has been found in-app payment feature and maintenance request.Today was a prime example of keyrenters exemplary service…. our building woke up to having a broken water heater and no hot water.Less... read full review
