At a recent visit to CMC Urgent Care, I was welcomed at the front desk by a kind and caring office staff person. I was seen by Jamie Dawson who took the time to explain my symptoms, my options, etc. very clearly and patiently. The only downside of the visit was the rude, impatient CNA. When someone is sick enough to go to Urgent Care, I feel like they should be treated with dignity and respect, not rudeness and impatience.
Just to be clear, this one time and this one person was the only negative that I have faced at CMC UC. All in all, it’s a good facility.
The staff at the CMC urgent care were terrific! After I checked in, I had to wait maybe a whole minute before I was called into the waiting room. Great service with that alone! During the examination, they were very professional, Asked all the correct questions, diagnose the issue I was having, performed the correct tests, and prescribed me the correct medication I needed. I will definitely Come back here again!!!!
Staff was excellent, from registration to check out. Friendly, knowledgeable & kind. The waiting room was full of ailing people, whom all made it their mission to make your staff miserable, but they remained professional & courteous despite what they through at them. They are all amazing for keeping such a positive attitude even when dealing with the worst patients! Props to them! Highly recommend!
