Alice was extremely helpful after we arrived for an event and our formal wear didn’t make the journey unscathed! She was able to have my gown and husband’s suit dry cleaned within 24 hours. Great service!

The quality of the dry cleaning is great and Debbie provides excellent customer service. She is always friendly. And, the one time there was an issue with one of my items she was transparent and resolved the issue within a week. It was a hassle-free process; some of the best customer service that I have experienced in years. I felt like I was in good hands and my issue would get resolved in due time, which it did. I very rarely write a review. And I should have written this years ago. Deb is just the best. There hasn’t been one time that I was not greeted with a friendly hello or engage in a short conversation. Being in the customer service industry, you couldn’t ask for a better person to be on the frontline serving your customers. All of her other responsibilities are minimal compared to the friendly hello you receive. What’s even more impressive is, she has basically spent her whole adult life working for your company. I hope this is a reflection of how you treat all of your employees.
