We came to the ER for our dog Rory to get his stitches checked out because we believed they were infected. They were able to clean up his area and treat him probably. Dr. Penraat did a great job explaining what was wrong with Rory and taking care of him.
I have brought all three of my dogs here— for regular checkups and also emergency visits. The care that the staff shows not only babies but me, is incredible. Dr. Carmichael is absolutely fantastic and takes the time to really explain the whole situation to you. I love how patient and relaxed they are, and they also are very transparent on pricing which I have not found at any other veterinary practice. Bedford veterinary medical center was able to help when my dog badly tore a nail. Everyone was very kind and listened to my concerns, and made accommodations to keep my dog as comfortable as possible. I appreciate their weekend and evening availability!
