I own a condominium unit in Intervale that had significant water damage and mold throughout. I had difficulty getting a service to come to provide mold remediation. I stopped in to Duralean in Intervale when I noticed their sign on Route 302. Scott immediately went to inspect the unit, then put aside other jobs to start right away after I told him a single mom and her 6 yr old child had been displaced by this loss. He worked hard to get the unit cleaned ASAP. He was kind, communicative and thorough. I felt he genuinely cared about the situation. Professionals like Scott are a rare breed in this day and age. Had my 3 piece living room set cleaned for the 2nd time on November 17, 2022Very pleased with Scott, (owners) promt and quality service.Would most definitely recommend...IF, by chance? concerns? Madisyn from Duraclean did a spectacular job on our townhome in Glen. She arrived on time, explained what she was going to do and did an excellent job on the wall-to-wall carpeting throughout the home. She worked very hard-was there for nearly 3 hours and today, the carpets look clean and new. Will definately call them again! Thanks very much for an excellent job done!
