Scott immediately went to inspect the unit, then put aside other jobs to start right away after I told him a single mom and her 6 yr old child had been displaced by this loss. He worked hard to get the unit cleaned ASAP. He was kind, communicative and thorough. I felt he genuinely cared about the situation. Professionals like Scott are a rare breed in this day and age.
