Adults can also benefit from fitness programs and personal safety lessons. A new student can experience a 4-week free trial. Quest Martial Arts have been serving the greater Barrington community for the past 26 years. Highly trained Certified Instructors teach over 34 classes each week with family classes as well as adult classes. I addition, every student has a personal mentor. Children as young as 3 years of age benefit from our life skill training which teaching focus, discipline, and respect. Older children also learn valuable communication and leadership skills.
