We had to call this morning to have our Great Dane put down. They were so great From the first call at 8 am until we said goodbye before 10 am. The staff showed nothing but compassion and support. I have always loved the folks there, but that went up a couple more levels this morning.
We have been going to Tower Hill ever since we got our first dog, Jackson, nine years ago. We have always appreciated the level of care they have provided but this time they went above and beyond taking care of our boy who needed emergency surgery. Dr. Bright, Greta, Kelly and Stacy were so compassionate and kind while we were unsure that our boy was going to make it. Thanks to Dr. Bright and Greta and their knowledge, skill, and swift action Jackson is still with us today and is getting better and better every day. The level of compassion that we experienced was a comfort to our worried hearts.
Tower Hill is by far the best animal hospital I have been to in 30+ years. Dr. Tucker corrected what would have been permanent damage to my dogs paw. CAVES wrapped 4 broken bones without setting them. Dr. Tucker re-set the bones (the size of safety pins), and today my dog has perfect paws. That is just one example (we've had our share of issues). They are compassionate and caring and provide the best care. Dr. Bright is so patient and kind, and has helped with so many issues with my dog and my cats. The vet tech's are super, and the front desk support is amazing. I switched to them when the office opened and it was the best decision ever. I can't thank them enough for all they do.
