From the start, Al was responsive and professional. He came out the very next day after I contacted him to walk through the scope of work and help with product selection. Throughout the process, Al was easy to work with, communicative, and clearly committed to quality.

On the scheduled day, his crew arrived promptly at 7 AM and got straight to work. Al and Ricky (foreman) took the time to explain the existing roof damage and what needed to be addressed before installing the new roof. As the old roof was stripped, it became clear that the previous contractor had cut corners — especially around the dormers. Ricky and the crew didn’t hesitate: they removed the siding to correct the underlying issues properly.

When the project became more complex than expected, Al and Ricky brought in Pat (carpenter), who quickly devised a new plan and executed it seamlessly. Thanks to their coordination, there was no delay in progress. Later in the day, Josh (another foreman) also stopped by to assist and ensure everything stayed on track.

The entire crew was respectful, efficient, and meticulous — both inside and outside my home. They left the yard, driveway, and surrounding areas spotless. Despite the unexpected complications, they completed the entire job in just one day, which was incredibly impressive.

“Sam and his team were awesome. We had two jobs done by Integrity Roofing. The first was a roofing job after we got a leak in our roof. The second was a deck tear down and rebuild.

In both instances Sam was very quick to get us a proposal with great pricing. The work was outstanding as well as the communication.

It was also great to see that his was a family owned business. His daughter was working hard on the deck project by his side, and he was great with my young daughters when they wanted to see what the crew was doing.

Sam not only does great work, but also took good care of his crew. It was obvious they enjoyed working for him, and he worked hard along side them. During a heat wave Sam ensured his team was well hydrated and took plenty of breaks. As the owner he could have headed out to "check on things" and sit in an air conditioned truck, but he was working side by side and knew exactly how hard it was. “Cory, Jarrett, and their team were great to work with. They replaced the roof on our 17 unit mixed use building and did a great job. Their price was much better than the other estimates we got. Throughout the project they kept me update as more issues were found, and explained what they could do to remedy the issue when possible (the building is very old and roof replacement was long overdue, so we expected some extra issues). Having 17 different units and making sure everyone is happy can be difficult on any project. I think Innovative did a great job of keeping everyone as happy as possible. One unit had some concerns, and in my opinion, Innovative went above and beyond to make things right (whether the unit owner sees it that way or not, I am not sure).“
