Been with the practice for 37 years - I found the staff friendly and helpful. I felt the dentists at the practice were honest with diagnosis. At another practice I had a dentist that told me I needed a root canal which I got but then he told me I needed another one and I decided to get a second opinion at Kayser and Clark and they told me I didn’t need one. So it pays to get a second opinion and I’ve been with them ever since and have been very happy with their services. They are now Ponemah Crossing Dental since Kayser and Clark retired. But I feel the same way with the present dentists. Very good at what they do and very considerate. The staff is very nice. The dental hygienist are very nice and always make sure you’re comfortable.
I had a difficult decision to make concerning a major procedure. Dr. Leighton listened to my concerns and provided thoughtful and considerate information to help me make the right decision. He didn't rush me out or discredit my fears and concerns. I appreciate his time and counsel. Means a lot to have doctors who care.
