I've been practicing with Kathy for about a year now, I look forward to our personalized Thursday morning classes within my community! Kathy is very personable and knowledgeable and teaches a great class. She is helpful with doing all of our poses correctly so as to not cause injury.
I have been going to yoga classes at Amherst Yoga and Reiki for almost 2 years. Kathy is an amazing instructor and does a great job at modifying poses for different levels. Her classes are a great way to begin or end a day!
