I enjoyed meeting Dennis Sweet when he was at my house to perform the annual heat pump/air handler service. I especially liked the fact that he had covers for his shoes when he entered my house.
When the independent technician we had been using for years retired, we hired Key to perform annual maintenance on our geothermal heat pump and oil furnace (used for hot water and as backup). With a fresh set of eyes, the new technician noticed extreme soot buildup and other symptoms indicative of less-than-efficient oil burning. Instead of just doing the standard cleaning, he completed a thorough deep cleaning (at added cost) and made suggestions to further improve the efficiency. He took pictures and videos to add to our file, which he shared with me, to maintain continuity and understanding of our system.
