Alton Bed and Biscuit provides a caring and considerate boarding experience for dogs. The friendly staff truly love their boarders and offer seamless online registration and drop-off. They also provide grooming services and accommodate owners' schedules. While payment options are limited to cash or check, the attentive staff make up for it with their excellent care, making it a top recommendation for dog owners.
UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP!! We left our 2 dogs here for a short weekend getaway. Having known Bec for years- she was the first one we called. The facility is fresh and modern. Bec is a true lover of dogs. My boys came home clean, happy, and utterly spoiled rotten (in the best possible way). Would 100% recommend and we will definitely be bringing our boys back!
Since being under **NEW OWNERSHIP**, we LOVE The Bed and Biscuit. The new owners made us come back! They loved our dogs as their own, and we had no worries after dropping them off. Bec and DJ have a ton of experience with dogs - daycare and boarding. They kept us updated about our pups. I recommend The Bed and Biscuit to everyone.
I've had my last 3 dogs boarded here and have been with them since they opened. They're caring, considerate and they all truly love their boarders. I also have two dogs groomed here. I won't take them anywhere else.
