I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but I thought a special shout out was necessary for Mike and his crew. While thousands of miles away on vacation, our Nest thermostat went offline during a recent storm and power outage. Temperatures were in the single digits and storms had knocked out power in the area. We noticed the offline thermostat on Christmas Eve! After contacting Mike, he went to check on the house CHRISTMAS MORNING! He was able to shut off the water and drain the house before any additional damage occurred. Prompt & efficient with a great attitude. We received a call back within 2 hours after calling about a seriously clogged kitchen drain; Chris arrived soon after. He was accommodating & pleasant, worked diligently to clean out our weirdly clogged drain, which required removing & replacing a pipe under the sink. Despite their very busy schedule, Mahoney's fit us in. I would highly recommend them!
