“I recently purchased from and had a mini split heat unit installed by American Air Systems and I can't say enough good things about the experience from the very beginning to the very end! Everyone there that I had contact with was the absolute best, John, Vicki, Robert, Tyler, Vartan and Alex. Yes, a whole crew of folks from American Air Systems helping me. They were responsive, knowledgeable, professional and absolutely superior in every way. The unit was installed a month and a half prior to the earliest estimated installation date I had been given. The installers were on time, professional, courteous and personable. They did a fabulous job! And cleaned up! And then when I had a question about why the unit was sounding the way it was, they sent someone over within an hour to explain in detail how the unit functioned. I've never had such an excellent experience with a contractor. They had the documentation I need to apply for the rebate completed, and sent out to me the day I paid my bill.
