Kolby responded almost immediately to my voicemail as we had the main inlet cable anchors pulled from our house. He did a temporary fix to raise the cables and then was back the next morning to do facilitate a more permanent fix with the people responsible and make sure it was done correctly. I called them today because we were having electrical issues at our house. Kolby was here within 20 minutes and luckily it was a simple fix but he had it working 10 minutes after arriving.
