Critel Enterprises took our request for a specific Gas Stove from Hearthstone in Vermont. They arranged the purchase of the stove even though they were not a vender for Hearthstone. We wanted this stove and a local installer. Critels made this happen. We are extremely please with the quality of the installation and the final product. Supply chain issues from Vermont delayed the installation of the stove. We were kept abreast of the delays and welcomed our questions. Even with the delays and inflation, the estimated costs of the total project came in less that the estimate.
