Tracy was able to remove files from a hack I was a victim of. He was kind and as bad as I felt about falling prey to the activity he never treated me like I should have known better. Tracy is professional and respectful at the most stressful of times and I highly recommend him.
We had been using a computer place out of town because no one recommended Elite. My computer crashed, and I didn't want to drive an hour plus to get it fixed in two to three days, so I thought I would give Elite a chance. I'm glad I did. They were honest about my options and the condition of my computer. They fixed my computer in a timely manner, and they even let me borrow a computer while mine was being fixed. They may not always have a computer you can borrow if you need one, but you can be sure that they'll fix your computer right. I highly recommend Elite Computers.
