Was supposed to get medicine in the morning. Got up right when the clinic opened like I was told to and they said they’d send it to the pharmacy, and the pharmacy never got the request. I called the clinic and they kept saying they’d call me back about medicine and get it sent. They never did, even after I called them 4 times. They gave me the excuse of that they thought someone else already sent it in 3 times. And the answering service receptionist was rude and not understanding at all. Now I won’t have medicine for the whole weekend. I’m very unhappy about my experience

Ignore the bad reviews this is a good place if it takes a while it is most likely to insure the health of the patients they are great and wait times are getting shorter this is a quality place I will recommend for a long time by far it is hard to find a place like this thank you Wayne family Medicine

I’ve called 2 times to talk to a nurse about some questions I had and have been put on hold for more than 5 mins. My second time I called was past 20 minutes. I do not recommend this place.
