We recently purchased a home that A&A Roofing & Exteriors had replaced shingles, gutters, drain spouts, etc. for the previous owner within a month of our closing. There were a couple items of concern that I requested a representative to come out and inspect shortly after we moved in. Over the phone, I was told that the warranty transferred to us and they would provide documentation for us when they came out. Eric was great to work with. Very responsive and kept me informed about timing of the work, options for colors, quality, etc, and handled everything with the insurance company. Very pleased!
