Absolutely pathetic work ethic in automotive section employees. I went in today for a simple oil change. A lady in front of me ask to get her battery replaced. She was told that they had a pending appointment in 10 minutes and she could wait to see if the appointment shows up. If not, they would take her. All the auto bays were empty! Not 1 single car being worked on. Meanwhile, 3 "techs" were standing behind the desk clerk doing absolutely nothing. I asked if I could get an oil change. They told me the same thing. One of the worst stores I've ever had to deal with. when I go grocery shopping I try to walk up to and employee, they look at me and walk away. I will talk to tri and get their attention and they still walk away. I also bought a printer and when I got it I said it up and it won't work I have tried calling the store three times and they will not pick up their phone.
One of the worst Wakmart's I have ever dealt with I have had numerous problems with this store . I have never not paid for my items but for some reason I have been constantly harrased by certain staff at this store . I was paying for my items one time and looked up and had 5 customer service associates standing literally on top of watching me while there were customers standing at other registers waiting for help . They have 2 leads up front who are rude to customers This store is literally a joke and the assistant manager is of no help at all he basically ignored the customers .
