It took my husband four weeks to even get a callback to set an appointment. He arrived at salon today at scheduled time and the salon was closed. Not impressed, and not a way to run a business.

My mom and I had a great experience here with Jackie, she did such a good job with both of us! My mom has very thick hair and has a hard time getting a good cut; she got it just right.
