If there was an award for customer service Merle’s Flower Shop would win it hands down. I live in Iowa. Their business is in Nebraska. I called and asked for anniversary gift suggestions. They made a video of their store and sent photos of ideas. They were helpful in making a choice. Then after I placed the order they sent me a photo of the flower arrangement I ordered. Who does that? Only really caring people. You should give a class on customer service

What a fun place to go! You walk in and just smell all the flowers! Very warming and welcoming atmosphere! The lady that helped was kind and very helpful! Great selection of flowers!!
