Matt seems like a great guy, maybe just too busy for my small work order. Matt came out to bid a job, I was happy with the cost, and asked to get added to the books 5-6 times. I have called 3-4 times and texted half a dozen. Calls all go to voicemail and text are replied “I’ll call you later” and never once a call back. I wanted my money to support a local small business, but looks like I’ll have to go with a big shop out of Fremont.
