Due to an unfortunate situation with street work directly in front of our home, we had mud and gunk flooding into our basement. Omaha Council Bluffs Plumbing came to the rescue with an immediate response and fast action to begin remediation. Shawna and her crew went above and beyond—professional, efficient, and genuinely caring. They turned a stressful situation into one that was handled quickly and thoroughly. Highly recommend!

These guys rock! They refused to accept a damaged appliance NFM was trying to have them deliver and install. When I found out I sourced the same model from another store (saved big money), the OCB guys were flexable and agreed to come install my new appliance anyway!
Customer service was super nice and I felt they were genuinely bummed for me when my original appliance fell through. Then even though NFM made the instal crew wait around for an hour they were still able to save the day.
When you have worked in a trade you can tell when someone knows what they're doing and these guys kicked ass!
