“Not your typical HVAC problem, but one of our brand new kittens disappeared overnight and we realized he’d gotten in a hole in the floor and lost in our ductwork. We called the humane society and animal control for advice with no luck. Our last idea was calling someone with knowledge on HVAC systems to see if there was any possible way for them to help. Leo showed up within an hour and spent the whole morning trying to pinpoint where he could possibly be in there. It was a frustrating process as this was the world’s quietest kitten and we could barely hear him, but we finally found him after over 14 hours of being lost!<br><br>This was obviously not a real HVAC issue and they could have easily said this wasn’t in their wheelhouse to deal with. They didn’t, though, and Leo went above and beyond for us. We could not have done it without him there to help. Our baby is safe now and we could not be more grateful! We will 100% be coming to this company for any other work in the future and I highly recommend everyone else to do the same!“
