I've taken classes here with a number of different teachers; all were good but the only one I've had for a teacher that is still there (just starting up again post-pandemic) is Sarah. Sarah has a wealth of knowledge (especially about biomechanics and pelvic floor issues)! She will also work with/around any health issues or restrictions you might have. (And look for coming attractions...such as aerial yoga!)“

“Carole Westerman is a fabulous instructor. What I admire about her is that she does not stop learning and continues to educate herself on the different modalities of yoga and with that in turn, she passes that knowledge on to her students so that they too can also help others. After my 200hr teacher training out of the state gets completed, I plan to dive into the 500hr teacher training program with Carole. I have had the opportunity to speak to many of her students and still have yet to even hear a single 'mediocre' thing, let alone anything negative. Everybody holds Carole in the highest regards. “I love One Tree! I had never even touched a yoga mat and tried it out there about six years ago. Since then, I have been a regular. The classes are great for the physical aspects of yoga with a strong focus on alignment, strengthening, and flexibility, but what I really love is the frequent emphasis on all of the other ways yoga is beneficial for us off the mat. The co-owners are responsive to questions over email and are obviously passionate about what they do. There are a good variety of class offerings at two locations, and it is all around a great community. Definitely check it out!“

They frequently have wonderful workshops led by passionate by teachers. The studio itself is very clean and has showers available. You cannot go wrong by trying out Lighthouse Yoga.“
