“Overall, a good shopping experience at JCPenney! The store was clean, well-organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the limited selection of jeans and pants for boys aged 8-12. In particular, there was only one color option available in size 14 regular—definitely not ideal when shopping for variety. Other than that, the rest of the store had a great selection, and I appreciate the quality and service they offer. Would be perfect with a wider range of boys' clothing options!“
