We found Adapt in a farmers market event and we are so happy we did. I used to be extremely scared of adjustments and only use to do them with the tools only. Dr. D was very patient with me and he adjusted me the traditional way and I’m no longer scared. He works hard on educating you and giving you exercises and workshops. He builds a community we like. His follow up is amazing, I’ve never had that much follow up in a chiropractic treatment. We are very happy and we have been learning a lot. Dr. D, Lydia and the whole team are Adapt are very passionate and you can tell they like what they do!
I found adapt chiropractic on the internet because I was having back pain. I never been to a chiropractor before. Dr. D and the staff have been very welcoming and professional. Dr. D takes time to answer questions about exercises, and lets you what you can do to improve on posture. They do a great job of doing progress exams and x-rays to see where you are.
Dr. D, Lydia and all the staff at Adapt have been fantastic to work with! The adjustments keep me at my best and the extra personal care and conversations go beyond just good service.Would highly recommend !
