First off name of the salon is Kay's! Second the lady was repulsed because I have split ends and didnt want a hair cut. I went in for a shampoo and style. Long story short I told her she could do a trim amd she ended up cutting about 2 inches off my hair. It does feel better but didnt want a hair cut. Dont let people talk you into something just because they dont like it.
