Window World was fantastic to work with. From the estimate to the installation, to billing they were kind, courteous and professional. Their products are amazing. Have already noticed how warm the house stayed during the very cold period and the amount of sound that’s decreased is incredible. I did have to wait a few more weeks than i originally planned,for the windows to be fabricated, but it was worth the wait!

We have an old house with lots of windows. We have used Pella to install our wood windows and have been really happy with the products and service, but after hearing such good things from friends and family about Window World, we gave them a try for the bulk of our vinyl windows and to replace our new storm door. I was a bit worried when only one guy (I think his name was Brandon) showed up on installation day for ten windows and a door, but he was amazing. He worked for two days to get everything installed and did a very good job while being professional and respectful of our property.
