When searching for a new web host provider for my website I had 3 criteria.
1. Affordable
2. Easy to use software
3. Support for all my dumb questions
They meet #1
I had a bit of a learning curve on #2
But for my third criteria, Rod hit it out of the ballpark. So helpful, so patient, answered all my questions went above and beyond the support you find with out web providers.

WTV-Zone (my last web host) crashed beyond salvage so I eventually found Websnoogie, and I am glad I did! Rod Atwood is nice and very helpful; I can reach him by phone and he has helped me through many rough patches getting my site back up. A bonus: He's right here in Omaha, not state lines away. I recommend this service without reservation.
