The instructors are experienced in teaching yoga to all ages. I appreciate all the instructors for their efforts in bringing goodness and righteousness in the hearts of next generation and helping to build a better society. This place is really a boon to all the parents who want their kids to learn a balanced and healthy lifestyle by practicing kundalini yoga.

My elder daughter was attending the kid’s yoga session for the past two years and I have seen a great improvement in her concentration and activity. This place is really a boon to all the parents who want their kids to learn a balanced and healthy lifestyle by practicing yoga. The instructors got more patience and experienced in teaching yoga to all ages. I personally appreciate all the instructors for their efforts in bringing goodness and righteousness in the hearts of next generation and helping to build a better society.

From Universal Peace Foundation of North America (UPFNA)

Universal Peace Foundation of North America (UPFNA) has been serving the Omaha community since 1999 and formally registered as a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization in 2005. Our mission is to spread Universal peace through individual (inner) peace by the practice of Kundalini Meditation and Yoga and guided by our spiritual mentor in India. When an individual is peaceful within, their family is happy. When families are happier, the society, nation and gradually the whole world becomes peaceful and blissful. UPFNA uses a holistic three pronged approach in its activities to Train the Body by using a series of simple Yoga postures, Focus the Mind by using breathing techniques and Connect with the Self using meditation techniques.
