If you don't need anything fancy and have some time to kill at the mall, this is a decent spot to get your nails done. There are always a lot of employees on standby so I've never had to wait when walking in. It could probably stand to use a little spruce up here and there but as a basic nail salon, it works. Prices are reasonable and comparable to another salon I used to frequent. I'm not sure I'd do anything over the basic mani and pedi here but if you're looking for a quick, decent polish then this will do.

The last two times I have gone in and gotten a shellac manicure with tips. They both came out amazing! I've got completely different styles both times I had gone in (shiny stiletto and girly coffin.) Both times my manicure has lasted close to a month, with minor wear and tear. The prices are very reasonable and the wait time is non existent. Both times I was able to walk in without any wait time. Definitely recommend if you are in the area and need a fast, quality manicure.

*exasperated sigh* A friend and I originally came here to get our nails done and there was a wait. My friend ended up receiving her service while I waited to be accommodated, as they seemed to be short staffed. Not long into starting, my friend mouthed to me that she was already having a bad experience and advised me not to get mine done here. So decided to wait. Her nails came out nice, but the road getting there was paved with unpleasant experiences. For one, they don't give accurate wait times. There was one lady who was highly upset because she came back after being given a wait time and then still had to wait because someone else "took her spot". In all fairness, they aren't required to hold anything and by leaving you run the risk of losing "your" spot. Prices are decent. And if you are just focused on the end result, then you should come here. Definitely not a place to come relax.
